學(xué)習古田會議精神,不忘初心,砥礪前行!7月15日,龍合智能在上杭古田召開高層領(lǐng)導(dǎo)會議暨2023年發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略規(guī)劃研討會,公司全體核心高管參加會議。
會上,與會人員首先觀看了紅色思想政治教育片《閃耀的軍魂》,之后董事長楊靜做了《凝心聚力展望未來》的主題發(fā)言,強調(diào)公司下半年的戰(zhàn)斗號角已經(jīng)吹響,要實現(xiàn)彎道、借道超車、迎難而上、再創(chuàng)佳績!人類組織發(fā)展的全部歷史證明:世界上最有效率的組織是軍隊,世界現(xiàn)代企業(yè)100余年的管理實踐也證明,軍隊的管理思想和管理方法是企業(yè)最好的學(xué)習榜樣。
借著紅色文化的會議背景,我們共同回顧革命先烈為開創(chuàng)革命道路浴血奮戰(zhàn)的歷史,反觀今天公司的發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀,我們的組織、龍合團隊要如何發(fā)展強大,給與會的管理者提出了三點要求:
一、固本清源。與會的每一位管理者,都是公司核心領(lǐng)導(dǎo)班子的一員、各個業(yè)務(wù)領(lǐng)域的領(lǐng)導(dǎo)者、指揮官,要緊緊圍繞公司使命、核心價值觀與發(fā)展方向,全面貫徹執(zhí)行公司下達的各項政策、方針,整個團隊才能有序、健康地發(fā)展,各項業(yè)務(wù)才能有條不紊地向前推動;
二、求真務(wù)實!把虛功做實,緊緊圍繞能打仗、打勝仗這個核心,聚焦智能無人裝車業(yè)務(wù),爭做智能無人裝卸搬運的國際冠軍;
三、出發(fā)就是沖刺!要始終把解決問題作為工作的重要使命,堅持腦子里想著問題,眼睛里盯著問題,手里面抓著問題,既要有解決重大問題的勇氣,又要有具體的方式方法,上下同欲,打造一支政治過硬、思想過硬、能力過硬、管理過硬的“龍合鐵軍”。
圍繞公司發(fā)展歷程、戰(zhàn)略目標、資源布局和管理提升等問題,與會人員暢所欲言,共同分析智能制造市場發(fā)展趨勢,思考公司面臨的挑戰(zhàn),認真總結(jié)項目運行中遇到的疑難點,并針對性的提出建設(shè)性意見,積極為公司戰(zhàn)略謀劃發(fā)展獻言獻策。
會后,與會人員一同參觀了古田會議舊址及主席園。
