The RICO EX Straddle truck is designed like a standard straddle truck but able to operate while in hazardous areas requiring the explosion-proof rating. A conveniently located, lever operated, spool valve allows the operator the ability to smoothly and precisely control the lift/lower and tilt functions on the vehicle at all times.

Visibility is maximized through to use of a clear view mast and our ability to mount the control enclosures low on the chassis. This translates into improved operator efficiency and safe load handling.

Every RICO EX Straddle truck is Approved and labeled for the following hazardous areas:

Class I, Division 1&2, Group D
Class II, Division 1&2, Group G

All RICO EX Straddle trucks can be configured with lift heights up to 200" and a wide variety of forks or standard lift truck attachments.
