2025年3月16日，第十六屆中國產(chǎn)學(xué)研合作創(chuàng)新大會(huì)在北京召開，會(huì)議表彰了在產(chǎn)學(xué)研深度融合方面作出突出貢獻(xiàn)的先進(jìn)單位、個(gè)人和創(chuàng)新成果。龍合智能與各科研院所合作研發(fā)的“垛裝物料智能無人裝卸搬運(yùn)設(shè)備及控制系統(tǒng)云平臺(tái)”項(xiàng)目，榮獲2024年中國產(chǎn)學(xué)研合作創(chuàng)新成果三等獎(jiǎng)和中國產(chǎn)學(xué)研深度融合好案例。這兩個(gè)國家級(jí)獎(jiǎng)項(xiàng)的獲得，標(biāo)志著我司在產(chǎn)學(xué)研協(xié)同創(chuàng)新領(lǐng)域的實(shí)踐成果獲得權(quán)威認(rèn)可。

產(chǎn)學(xué)研合作創(chuàng)新成果獎(jiǎng)

中國產(chǎn)學(xué)研合作促進(jìn)會(huì)科技創(chuàng)新獎(jiǎng)旨在表彰在產(chǎn)學(xué)研合作中取得杰出創(chuàng)新成果的單位。該獎(jiǎng)項(xiàng)由科技部和國家科技獎(jiǎng)勵(lì)辦公室批準(zhǔn)，由中國產(chǎn)學(xué)研合作促進(jìn)會(huì)頒發(fā)。該促進(jìn)會(huì)是由國務(wù)院批準(zhǔn)成立的全國性社會(huì)團(tuán)體，由國家發(fā)改委、教育部、科技部、國務(wù)院國資委、國家知識(shí)產(chǎn)權(quán)局等多個(gè)部門以及一批高校、科研院所和央企共同創(chuàng)辦。

產(chǎn)學(xué)研合作創(chuàng)新成果獎(jiǎng)是中國首個(gè)面向產(chǎn)學(xué)研協(xié)同創(chuàng)新的全國性獎(jiǎng)項(xiàng)，也是該領(lǐng)域的最高榮譽(yù)獎(jiǎng)。它對(duì)弘揚(yáng)創(chuàng)新、科學(xué)和工匠精神，推動(dòng)產(chǎn)學(xué)研深度融合及經(jīng)濟(jì)高質(zhì)量發(fā)展具有重要意義。

本次獲獎(jiǎng)的是“垛裝物料智能無人裝卸搬運(yùn)設(shè)備及控制系統(tǒng)云平臺(tái)”項(xiàng)目，獲此殊榮是對(duì)公司在智能無人裝車領(lǐng)域取得突破性成果的充分肯定，同時(shí)也印證了“產(chǎn)學(xué)研用”深度融合的無限潛力。

長期以來，受制于傳統(tǒng)叉車和人工裝卸模式，物流搬運(yùn)面臨效率低下、人工成本高昂、安全隱患突出等諸多難題。尤其是在訂單高峰期，裝車作業(yè)的瓶頸直接影響了整體供應(yīng)鏈的運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)效率，成為企業(yè)數(shù)字化轉(zhuǎn)型升級(jí)的主要障礙。我司團(tuán)隊(duì)迎難而上，憑借不懈的科研攻關(guān)和創(chuàng)新突破，成功研發(fā)出四大無人裝車系統(tǒng)，裝卸效率提高了10倍以上，最快僅需3分半實(shí)現(xiàn)整車裝載，遠(yuǎn)超傳統(tǒng)叉車模式，節(jié)省了大量的人員成本，也大幅降低了貨損率和安全風(fēng)險(xiǎn)。這種快速、高效的作業(yè)能力使得企業(yè)能夠在訂單高峰期保持物流暢通，實(shí)現(xiàn)裝卸全環(huán)節(jié)無縫銜接，為企業(yè)柔性制造場景提供了有力支撐。
