近日,福建省質(zhì)量管理協(xié)會公布了福建省實施用戶滿意工程先進單位及先進個人名單,龍合智能憑借優(yōu)良產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量和服務質(zhì)量及客戶對龍合“LH”品牌的高度認可,榮獲“2024年度福建省用戶滿意企業(yè)”稱號。

省質(zhì)量管理協(xié)會此次開展用戶滿意度調(diào)查評價,旨在貫徹落實《質(zhì)量強國建設綱要》精神,引導企業(yè)關注用戶需求和全過程消費體驗,推動產(chǎn)品、服務持續(xù)改進和質(zhì)量提升,不斷增強人民群眾獲得感、幸福感、安全感。

龍合智能始終堅持“高品質(zhì),重效率,倚創(chuàng)新,穩(wěn)發(fā)展,創(chuàng)幸?!钡钠髽I(yè)核心價值觀,把“以用戶為中心”和“以用戶滿意為標準”的原則貫穿于公司生產(chǎn)、經(jīng)營、研發(fā)、服務等各項管理活動中,通過質(zhì)量管理體系、首席質(zhì)量官員制度、崗位免檢制度及各項企業(yè)標準,規(guī)范產(chǎn)品生產(chǎn)制造,保障產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量;同時,充分利用現(xiàn)代化管理工具--“三星”評比、合理化建議、QC 小組、小改小革、項目攻關、品質(zhì)分析會、質(zhì)量看板等,全方位提升質(zhì)量改進能力;通過設立售后服務部、制定下達《售后服務規(guī)范》等各種服務制度及導入5G+互聯(lián)網(wǎng)技術對發(fā)布在外的客戶在用設備提供遠程設備運維管理、遠程故障排除支持,做實做好各項售后服務工作。公司自成立以來,未發(fā)生重大安全、質(zhì)量事故,于2018年榮獲第三屆“龍巖市政府質(zhì)量獎”,2019年榮獲“福建省質(zhì)量管理優(yōu)秀單位”,并且連續(xù)6年獲評福建省“守合同,重信用”企業(yè)。

龍合智能裝備制造有限公司(本文以下簡稱公司)系一家集自主研發(fā)、高端制造、營銷服務為一體的現(xiàn)代化智能制造企業(yè)。公司以智能制造為根基,為客戶提供智能物流搬運、裝卸設備及其集成應用系統(tǒng)整體解決方案、智能倉儲軟硬件綜合集成系統(tǒng)及屬具產(chǎn)品等多種物料搬運系統(tǒng)解決方案,致力于解決物流搬運難題。公司注冊資金9466.50萬元人民幣,占地面積約100畝,現(xiàn)有員工近500人。公司多次獲評國家高新技術企業(yè)、國家兩化融合試點單位、國家工信部首批專精特新小巨人重點企業(yè)、國家級企業(yè)技術中心、國家級綠色工廠、國家級智能制造試點示范項目等殊榮。

公司已通過了GJB9001C-2017國軍標質(zhì)量管理體系認證、GB/T29490-2013知識產(chǎn)權管理體系認證以及IS09001質(zhì)量管理體系認證、IS014001環(huán)境管理體系認證、OHSAS18001職業(yè)健康安全管理體系認證和IS03834-2國際焊接質(zhì)量管理體系認證。
