真抓實干謀發(fā)展  奮力實現雙過半

習近平總書記曾強調:“制造業(yè)高質量發(fā)展是我國經濟高質量發(fā)展的重中之重，建設社會主義現代化強國、發(fā)展壯大實體經濟，都離不開制造業(yè)，制造業(yè)作為實體經濟的中流砥柱，不但是立國之本、強國之基，也是孕育培養(yǎng)大國工匠的搖籃，更是大國工匠創(chuàng)造奇跡的舞臺”。

近日，為全面了解企業(yè)生產經營及重點項目建設，積極協(xié)調解決企業(yè)發(fā)展難題，推動企業(yè)提質增效及工業(yè)化產業(yè)鏈發(fā)展。省總工會黨組書記、副主席祝榮亮、市總工會黨組書記、副主席邱大武、高新區(qū)（經開區(qū)）黨工委委員、管委會副主任林澄海等一行深入龍合智能，開展了“‘工’奮進‘會’合力”行動，助力經濟發(fā)展“雙過半”的調研活動，公司董事長楊靜、總經理林偉陪同調研。

活動過程中，調研組一行深入龍合智能數字化展廳及一線生產車間進行實地調研，雙方就企業(yè)目前的生產經營、工會組織建設、產業(yè)工人隊伍改革、職工文化生活情況以及當前企業(yè)發(fā)展過程中遇到的困難和問題進行深入交流。

通過此次調研活動，龍合智能將不斷健全、完善相關工作制度，為員工營造舒適溫馨的工作氛圍，進一步增強員工幸福感、歸屬感，讓企業(yè)成為職工建功立業(yè)的主戰(zhàn)場，讓職工成為企業(yè)發(fā)展的主人翁，構建共創(chuàng)、共享、共贏的和諧勞動關系，助推經濟社會平穩(wěn)健康發(fā)展。
